Jessica Vlossak LPC
I enjoy a person-centered approach with my clients. I seek to learn more about who you are, what makes you tick, and what brought you to me. From there I work with you to identify what you want to work on to feel like your best self. I provide nurturing and affirming stances as well as direct, inquisitive, and challenging, I am skill focused to shape behaviors and help you reach your goals. I prefer an eclectic style as one size does not fit all.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy but transition from somatic and mindfulness based approaches, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. Sometimes you just need to talk and other times you need to learn. It depends on the day and where you are in your life.
I hope my clients feel empowered, safe, and enlightened as they learn more about themselves and how they can help themselves. My job is to help you be autonomous and graduate from therapy feeling successful and well prepared for any of life's challenges. I can work through a range of eating disorders, general mental health, and substance use/abuse needs!
Michelle Kirby LCSW
I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through authenticity, creativity, and meaningful self-expression.
My approach to therapy is dynamic, engaging, and trauma-informed. I blend structure with flexibility, and I aim to be solution-focused while still making space for insight, curiosity, and growth. Clients often experience me as warm, energetic, and genuine, with a touch of humor to keep things approachable.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative space where I seek to learn your current stressors, long-standing patterns, self-talk, and the unique way you experience and process the world.
I integrate evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful, lasting change. I’m also trained in EMDR and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help process and heal from trauma.
One of my core strengths is helping clients regulate their nervous systems so they can feel safer, more grounded, and more connected. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more, and I’m truly passionate about supporting people in building lives that feel aligned, empowered, and fulfilling.
